2. SMS Messaging Program Details

Phase 1 Environmental Consulting offers a mobile messaging program to provide project status, site visit scheduling, and ESA report delivery updates.

• Opt-In Method: Customers voluntarily opt in to SMS messaging by checking an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on the order form at phaseonereport.com. This checkbox appears below the phone number field and is not required to submit the order or receive service. Customers may place orders and receive their Phase 1 ESA without consenting to SMS. The checkbox states: "I agree to receive SMS/MMS text messages from Phase 1 Environmental Consulting LLC at the phone number provided regarding my project status, appointment reminders, and report delivery. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply." Only customers who actively check this box are enrolled in SMS messaging.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the active status of your environmental assessment project.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to that number.
• Support: Reply HELP for assistance or email phaseonereport@gmail.com.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
• No Sharing: Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Service Disclaimer

Environmental site assessments are conducted according to ASTM E1527-21 standards. Phase 1 Environmental Consulting is not responsible for property conditions discovered after the assessment is complete.
